A deposit is required to lock in your shoot date and is applied toward your final balance. Deposits are not refundable. If you cancel your shoot for any reason, the deposit is not returned.
Rescheduling is free as long as it’s 8 or more days before your shoot date. Anything rescheduled within 7 days of the shoot is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, due before the new date is confirmed. Your deposit transfers to the rescheduled date.
If weather or unsafe road conditions force a reschedule, we move the shoot at no cost. Your deposit transfers and no rescheduling fee applies.
Edited, color graded deliverables are provided on the timeline agreed at booking. Raw footage is not included unless agreed in writing.
You receive a license for personal and social media use of your deliverables. shotbydru retains copyright and may use the work for portfolio and promotion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Rolling shoots take place on public roads. The vehicle owner/driver remains fully responsible for their vehicle, safe and legal driving, and compliance with all traffic laws at all times. Shot by Dru is not liable for damage, citations, or incidents arising from the client’s driving.
By purchasing or enrolling in the @shotby.dru color grading mentorship program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
The @shotby.dru mentorship is a 1:1 live coaching program delivered via screen share in DaVinci Resolve. The program consists of up to 4 sessions depending on the tier selected. Session content is focused on color grading for automotive videography using the student’s own footage.
Students are required to have DaVinci Resolve Studio (full paid version, Resolve 18 or above) before the first session. Students must have basic shooting and filming knowledge. The program does not teach filming technique. Students must provide their own footage or notify Andrew in advance if practice footage is needed.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed. This policy exists to ensure both parties remain committed to the program. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Sessions are scheduled through Cal.com. Students are responsible for keeping their scheduled appointments. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at Andrew’s discretion.
The Power Grade (.drx file) provided as part of the program is licensed for the student’s personal and commercial use. It may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties. All program content including recordings, notes, and materials remain the intellectual property of @shotby.dru.
Results vary by student. The program provides education, tools, and guidance but does not guarantee specific outcomes including follower growth, client bookings, or income. See the Income Disclaimer for more detail.
